A Case Study - In-company training at Vienna International Airport.

Accent was selected by Vienna Airport to deliver a programme of language and soft skills training for some of their ground staff involved in their Executive Lounges.

You know how boring and stressful it can be when you have a long wait between connecting flights?

Well, if you travel Business Class or you have a special card like Priority Pass, you can enter the relaxing, calming world of the Airport Executive Lounge!

The four-day programme focused on English Language training, of course, but also on intercultural awareness, soft skills and frontline skills…. such as handling difficult passengers. ...

The first afternoon started with a “Mystery Shopper” activity, where we visited all the lounges as an anonymous, difficult passenger and monitored and evaluated the responses of staff to our activities.

That was great fun!

Over the next few days we continued to train them in “International Customer Service”.
